As part of the annual Project THERE Souls to Soles program, employee volunteers from Chicago-area branches distributed coats, clothing, shoes and meals to people who are experiencing homelessness in Chicago.
This year’s event distributed 200 meals, 235 coats, 200 pairs of pants, 250 pairs of socks, and 35 pairs of shoes to approximately 235 people in need. Through the kindness and generosity of organizations within the community, they were also able to distribute hundreds of meals donated and/or discounted by McDonald’s. The collapse of Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key Bridge on March 26 forced a popular cruise line to reroute a ship to pick up passengers. É«Ç鱦±´ quickly deployed 28 security professionals via chartered bus from Baltimore to Port Norfolk to meet the ship and screen boarding passengers. Thank you to everyone involved who helped keep operations running for the customer and ensured that cruisers’ vacation plans sailed on.
Assistant Account Manager Kagei and Security Supervisors Gale and Tweedy were on duty at a beloved brand’s Global Security Operations Center when they received a missing child report from staff. The team searched the last known location — a retail store — and provided CCTV footage to the Seattle Police Department within minutes. Thanks to their swift response, the missing child was soon found safe. This incident highlights the meaningful impact of their work and the importance of collaboration between security professionals and law enforcement in real-world situations.
Las Vegas Security Professional Gilbert recently responded to a critical situation near the Red Dragon Casino, where he discovered an individual in distress, unresponsive and showing signs of overdose. Security Professional Gilbert immediately dialed 911 and began administering CPR chest compressions. He was able to sustain the individual's breathing until the fire department arrived, at which time emergency responders took over and transported the individual to the hospital for further care. Security Professional Gilbert's quick response was crucial in ensuring the individual received timely medical attention.
Account Manager Roberts recently received a Hero Award for her bravery and quick action that ultimately saved the life of a patient at a Portland hospital. While responding to a security call for assistance, Account Manager Roberts observed a patient was in distress and unresponsive. She quickly called a Code Blue and began chest compressions, ultimately reviving the patient.
